I love buying gifts for my nieces, they're so easy to buy for, but the problem is I always see something else I want to get them too. And if I had the money I would probably spoil them rotten, but I don't unfortunately.

Some essential oils and thir uses.

Essential oils are taken from plants and can be extracted from almost any part of the plant where a little sac contains the oil. However, with these oils now being widely available from health shops, beauty shops and various other sources, the background of the extraction is not as important as it used to be. I would suggest that the oils come from a reputable company though.
