Funny isn't it, how I walked up the high street this morning and all those shops that once created the community are almost all gone. Instead there's a row of fast food take aways, one after the other. In between there may be a pub or two. Not exactly an inspiring or remotely interesting place to be. The sad thing is, it's not just my town that is like this.

In a time when we are counting every penny, some of us are still able to afford to buy fast food everyday. Fast food that costs us more than out groceries for the entire week. The worst thing is, the people buying these takeaways, day after day, are the exact same people who moan about having no money, who are on benefits and who do very little to contribute to society. I'm not talking about the odd treat here either. Even I like to treat myself from time to time to some pre prepared food for myself, but that's all it is, a treat.
